The hours between 6:30 pm and 8:00 am are covered by a deputising service. If you need to contact this service during these hours telephone 0845 0450411.

Telephone Advice
If you have a problem or a question which you feel does not merit making an appointment then the doctors are all available for contact by phone. Please call between 11:30 am and 12 noon or between 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm.

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Text Reminder

We are pleased to announce a new service for our patients, we are now able to send text messages to remind you of a forthcoming appointment at the surgery. Please help us to improve this service by making sure we have an up to date mobile phone number.

green pillsThis service is for patients on regular medication who do not need to see the doctor every time for their prescription. For reasons of medical and legal safety we cannot accept requests over the telephone. 

Please use the computer generated right side of your prescription or write down you request including your name, address and the exact medication needed.  These may be brought into the surgery, posted with a stamp addressed envelope to return the prescription to you.  Your prescription will be ready in 48 hours.

Alternatively we can arrange for your prescription to go to one of two local chemists in Mountsorrel or Rothley.  Please ask a receptionist for details when requesting you prescription.  There is also a prescription collection service available at Boots chemists.
