Medical Receptionist Vacancy
Full Time Position – 37.5 hours
(Part Time Job Share considered)
Alpine House Surgery has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our very friendly and hardworking team.
Previous experience in a similar customer services role with the ability to demonstrate excellent telephone and interpersonal skills is desirable but not essential. Candidates will be friendly, polite and compassionate whilst understanding the strict guidelines of confidentiality.
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast changing environment is essential, as well as an excellent eye for detail and the ability to follow protocols closely.
Knowledge of working with SystmOne (computer system) would be an advantage but not essential as full training is provided.
Hours of Work
Hours of work are detailed below. Please note specific days of work (including full and half days) are negotiable (between Monday – Friday).
AM : 7.45am – 12.45pm
PM: 1.45pm – 6.45pm
